Join in with other members as our coach takes you through an hour of exercise from cardio endurance to strength and interval conditioning. Every class is built to allow the appropriate coaching time for you to learn and refine functional movements. When it comes to programming, metabolic conditioning is a big part of how our classes are structured. The approach is to achieve the right stimulus for each individual.
BURN
High reps, high intensity and minimal rest time. This class lets you focus on overall endurance, both muscular and cardio. Mix things up with some lifting and some athletic conditioning. All BURN classes incorporate strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility in a fun, creative and challenging circuit style class that can be performed by people of all levels. Whether you're looking for body recomposition, gain muscle, or increase your overall fitness, BURN is the class for you.
