INFRARED SAUNA

HOW TO PREPARE
Hydrate – Its best to be hydrated before your infrared sauna treatment. Drink water or non sugary sports drink or coconut water.

What to wear – Our sauna rooms are private with a locked door so you can feel free to wear as little as you like. We suggest you bring a towel to sit on. You can wear a bathing suit, loose fitting clothes or your birthday suit! Its totally up to you!​​​​
DURING THE SAUNA
If you’re new to using an Infrared Sauna, keep in mind that you typically don’t start sweating until 10-15 minutes into the session.

If you start to feel uncomfortable for any reason like feeling faint or claustrophobic, cut the session short or open the sauna door for a bit. The more you use the sauna you will get used to the experience and you will be able to tolerate longer sessions.

While in the sauna you can experiment with stretching your arms, legs, neck, back area, etc. The sauna will help you to achieve increased body flexibility, range of motion, and reduce chronic stiffness and problem areas.

Wipe off sweat during your session with a wash cloth to promote your body to sweat more.
OPERATING THE SAUNA

Power On: Press the POWER button.

Set Timer: Use the up/down arrows next to the time display to set the desired session duration.

Set Temperature: Adjust the temperature with the up/down arrows under the temperature display. Choose between Fahrenheit and Celsius using the °C/°F button.

Start Session: Press the START/WORK button to begin heating.

Preheat: Allow the sauna to preheat or enter while it warms up.

Adjust Lighting: Control the reading or chromotherapy lights using the corresponding buttons.

Control Music: Use the MP3 AUX or Bluetooth features to play music from your device. (Isauna)

Safety: Drink water before and after sessions to avoid dehydration.

Ending Session: The sauna will automatically shut off once the timer reaches zero.

Post-Session: Use spray provided to give a quick spritz on the areas where you were laying.
